It is about the construction of an electrical substation building made of concrete and brick, with an area of 755 m², including a basement and ground floor, with full electromechanical finishes, fire alarm systems, and all necessary systems. The work also includes external works such as paving, reinforced retaining walls around the entire plot with a height of 8 meters on one side, as well as foundations for two electrical transformers with a separating wall between them. The yards will be paved with concrete bricks, and the project includes a collection tank.

The project involves the construction of an electrical substation made of concrete and brick, covering an area of 1,290 square meters. It includes a leveling floor and ground floor with complete finishing works, electromechanical installations, fire alarm systems, and other necessary systems. The scope of work also covers external works such as sidewalks and reinforced retaining walls around the entire plot of land, with a height of 8 meters on one side.

The project involves the construction and maintenance of all civil, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works, as well as the fire alarm and extinguishing systems and any other necessary works for the expansion of the Al-Rajef Electrical Substation.

The project is located on a total area of approximately 400 m² and consists of constructing a building made of concrete, bricks, and stone walls, in addition to external yards and fences. The project also includes electromechanical works.

The Ma'an Power Station project involves excavation works across the entire site, covering an area of 100,000 m², along with the construction of reinforced concrete foundations for the electricity towers. It also includes the creation of trenches or channels for electrical installations between the towers and the control building, as well as reinforced retaining walls with fire-resistant facing around the site, totaling approximately 1300 linear meters, topped with fencing. Additionally, drainage channels for water management throughout the project are being constructed.

The project involves the construction and maintenance of all required civil, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works, in addition to the fire alarm and firefighting systems, and any other necessary works related to the expansion of the Zarqa Electrical Substation.

The Main Control Building has a total area of 311.676 square meters and includes a ground floor with an area of 1,209.06 square meters. The building is constructed using reinforced concrete, with stone cladding on the exterior façades. Interior works include brick partitions, gypsum finishing, ceramic and granite floor tiles, painting, installation of doors and windows, and reinforced concrete ceilings with waterproofing and sloping layers on the rooftop.

The scope of work included in this tender comprises the construction, supply, and maintenance of all civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire alarm systems, as well as any other works required for the establishment of the new Fuheis Substation (132/33 kV).

This includes the control building, capacitor building, guard room, storage room, external foundations/bases, transformer foundations, trenches, and asphalt works.
