Jordan Schools Expansion Project (JSEP)

The project involves the construction and expansion of seven existing schools and four kindergartens, including new classrooms, laboratories, and public facilities. It includes Al-Baqa’a Mixed Secondary School in Ma’an, a single building of approximately 853.11 m² with site works, renovations, electromechanical installations, yards, pavements, and external fencing. Al-Tuwaisa Mixed Secondary School consists of a three-story building covering about 1,240.26 m², involving demolition, excavation, construction, cladding, painting, aluminum and steel works, waterproofing, and paving.

Construction and Rehabilitation of Two Vocational Training Centers in Hakama and Marka

The project involves the construction and rehabilitation of two vocational training centers in Hakama and Marka. At the Hakama Vocational Training Center in Irbid, a new first floor with an area of 734 square meters is being added, constructed from concrete and brick, and includes all necessary electromechanical works. The new floor will house offices, meeting rooms, a reception area, cafeteria, restrooms, and three training rooms, all integrated within the existing center's premises.

Construction of the Energy Research Center and Building / Al-Hussein University – Ma'an Governorate

The project involves the construction of the Renewable Energy Research and Development Building at Al-Hussein Bin Talal University. The structure is made of reinforced concrete and stone, with glass facades and aluminum panels. It includes all civil works, finishing, as well as electrical and mechanical systems. The building consists of a single floor with an approximate total area of 1,500 square meters, in addition to external works.

Construction of a Conference Center / Ministry of Interior

The project has a total area of 415.31 square meters and consists of a conference hall, kitchen, storage room, recyclable materials sorting room, restrooms, control room, and a terrace. This project is distinguished by receiving a Green Building Certification, making it the first of its kind among government projects to be constructed in accordance with environmentally friendly standards, achieving the Gold Rating in Green Building.

Construction of Abdullah Bin Rawahah Mixed Basic School / Ma'an Governorate

The project consists of four buildings, including the main school building, which is composed of three floors and a roof. It features 12 classrooms, a computer lab, a general science lab, a physics lab, a library, an art room, administrative offices, and service areas. The ground floor covers an area of 1,248 square meters, the first floor 1,248 square meters, the second floor 1,248 square meters, and the roof floor 216 square meters, bringing the total built-up area to 4,370.71 square meters.

Construction of Ma'an Basic School

The project involves the construction of concrete buildings, including a main gate with an area of 21 m², a three-story teachers’ club with a total area of 766 m², and two-story classroom blocks with a total area of 2,284 m². It also includes the construction of a storage building (110 m²), a sports field, and a 100 m³ underground water tank with a pump room, as well as a side gate and all external works as detailed in the tender documents. Additionally, the project includes the construction of one absorption pit measuring 3×3 meters and another absorption pit measuring 4×4×8 meters.

Construction of the Indian Ambassador's Villa / Indian Embassy

It is a residential project with a total area of 1,348 square meters, consisting of a basement, ground floor, first floor, and roof.

  1. Basement: Car parking and service areas
  2. Ground Floor: Reception area, dining room, kitchen with storage and service annex, and a guest room
  3. First Floor: Small kitchenette, four children's bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, laundry room, and living room
  4. Roof: Ambassador’s office, his bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet
