Building Construction

The work involves the maintenance of the Supplies and Warehouses building at Al-Hussein Bin Talal University. The building is constructed of concrete, stone, and glass facades and includes all civil works, finishes, electrical, mechanical, water, and sewage works. It consists of two floors with a total area of 1,356 square meters, in addition to external works. The building contains offices, storage warehouses for stationery, furniture, and equipment, a hazardous materials warehouse, and service rooms. External works include landscaping, pavements, and planting as per the plans.

This project involves maintenance works for the electromechanical systems of the main building of the Petra Regional Authority.

Rehabilitation of existing facilities in several schools across the Kingdom, including works such as painting, tiling, ceiling repairs, and maintenance of restrooms.

Construction of reinforced concrete walls, stone masonry walls (rubble concrete), and plain concrete walls.

Construction of the Eco-Tourism Village – a Kuwaiti-funded project with a total area of 800 m², consisting of brick, concrete, and plaster for the exterior facades, in addition to an independent elevator serving the floor along with civil works. The project includes all necessary electromechanical works to complete the construction.

The work includes general maintenance, such as painting, ceilings, walls, floor tiling, doors, and the installation of suspended ceilings in the administration offices.

Construction of reinforced concrete walls, stone masonry (rubble concrete) walls, and plain concrete around the warehouse facilities at the Electricity Distribution Company site in Ma'an.
