Construction of Greater Ma'an Municipality Building

The project involves the construction of the Greater Ma'an Municipality Building, a stone and reinforced concrete structure consisting of three floors and a roof floor, in addition to a nursery building and three guard rooms, with a total built-up area of 5,225 m².

The ground floor includes a multi-purpose hall, computer lab, library, prayer rooms for men and women, administrative offices, electrical room, restrooms, and buffet areas, with a total area of 1,573 m². The first floor contains administrative offices, a meeting room, restrooms, and a buffet area, also with a total area of 1,573 m². The second floor houses the mayor’s office and its annexes (office manager and secretariat), department offices, a meeting room, restrooms, and a buffet area, with a total area of 1,574 m².

The nursery building consists of a single floor with a total area of 156 m². Staircase cores cover a total of 124 m², and the three guard rooms have a combined area of 76 m². Canopies and projections cover an area of 27 m².

The exterior façades feature a mix of bush-hammered and split white stone, colored plaster, and GRC elements. The project also includes full electromechanical systems, interior finishes, and external works, such as asphalted yards, ramps for people with disabilities, entrances, gates, guard rooms, seating areas, landscaped green spaces, a water tank, and a collection pit.
