Construction of the Directorate of Education building / Petra District

The Directorate of Education building consists of a three-story structure with a total proposed area of 2,105 square meters. The ground floor, covering 672 square meters, includes a reception area, administrative offices, an examination counter room, a main book warehouse, a sales center, a supplies storage room, a meeting hall, an electrical room, a control room, and service areas. The first floor, also approximately 672 square meters, contains additional administrative offices and service areas. The second floor, with a similar area of about 672 square meters, includes more administrative offices and service spaces. Additional components of the building include repeated staircases and an elevator machine room with an area of 81 square meters, as well as a metal canopy at the main entrance covering approximately 8 square meters. The project also involves electromechanical works and external works, which include one parking area, one fire-fighting water tank, one pump room, and a proposed location for an electrical transformer.
