Renovation Works for the Maternity Ward and the Royal Medical Services Warehouses

The project consists of two parts. Lot 1 involves the renovation of the Maternity Ward at the Medical City under the Royal Medical Services, covering an area of 750 square meters. The scope includes demolition and removal of internal walls, creation of new rooms, installation of suspended ceilings, painting, tiling, electromechanical works, external works, and all necessary finishing. Lot 2 includes the renovation of the Royal Medical Services warehouses, involving the addition of a 300-square-meter steel mezzanine floor using fire-resistant materials such as magnesium oxide for walls and ceilings. The scope also includes the installation of two medical storage refrigerators — one with an area of 34 square meters and the other 24 square meters — along with all required finishing, electromechanical, and external works.
