Project Overview
The project involves the expansion and rehabilitation of the emergency departments at Jameel Al-Tutunji Hospital in Amman (Sahab) and Ramtha Hospital. At Jameel Al-Tutunji Hospital, the works include horizontal expansion through the construction of a basement floor with an area of 322 square meters and a ground floor with an area of 333 square meters, along with a 26-square-meter steel canopy. The structure is built using concrete blocks and includes all required finishing works and electromechanical systems. Additionally, the existing emergency department, with an area of 1,500 square meters, will undergo maintenance including demolition and removal of wall foundations, creation of new rooms, decorative wall treatments, installation of suspended ceilings, reinstallation of medical gas piping, and implementation of a new central air conditioning system. At Ramtha Hospital, the project includes the construction of a ground floor with an area of 538 square meters and a 56-square-meter steel canopy, also built with concrete blocks. The total maintenance area is approximately 1,100 square meters and includes suspended ceilings, decorative wall finishes, reinstallation of gas piping systems, central HVAC works, electromechanical installations, and all required finishing works.
