Project Overview

The project involves the construction of a proposed paper recycling and cardboard manufacturing plant in the form of a hangar structure and an administrative building. The facility includes an industrial production hall, along with all necessary electrical, mechanical, and external works. The plant consists of a hangar and a two-story administrative building with stone external walls. The total built-up area of the hangar is approximately 2,718 square meters. The basement level, with an area of 430 square meters, includes water tanks and pulp storage tanks. The ground floor, covering 2,287 square meters, houses the production hall, storage areas, restrooms, a cardboard dish production area, a treatment station, a mixing section, a maintenance area, and a control room. The administrative building has a total area of 550 square meters, with the ground floor (330 m²) containing administration offices, a childcare area, and restrooms, while the first floor (197 m²) includes a cafeteria and additional restrooms. The site also includes a water treatment station, one water tank, a guard room, and a total built-up area of approximately 3,500 square meters. In addition, there is a parking area with a capacity of 36 cars and a collection pit.
