Construction and Rehabilitation of Two Vocational Training Centers in Hakama and Marka

The project involves the construction and rehabilitation of two vocational training centers in Hakama and Marka. At the Hakama Vocational Training Center in Irbid, a new first floor with an area of 734 square meters is being added, constructed from concrete and brick, and includes all necessary electromechanical works. The new floor will house offices, meeting rooms, a reception area, cafeteria, restrooms, and three training rooms, all integrated within the existing center's premises. At the Marka Vocational Training Center, the project includes the construction of a firefighting simulation building with a ground and first floor, totaling 159 square meters. Additional works include the construction of yards, retaining walls made of concrete and brick, full electromechanical installations, interior maintenance, and decorative stone cladding for the external façades. The project also covers floor tiling, suspended ceilings, and the installation of a central VRF air conditioning system.
