Implementation of Ma'an Substation Expansion Project (132kV/400kV)

The Main Control Building has a total area of 311.676 square meters and includes a ground floor with an area of 1,209.06 square meters. The building is constructed using reinforced concrete, with stone cladding on the exterior façades. Interior works include brick partitions, gypsum finishing, ceramic and granite floor tiles, painting, installation of doors and windows, and reinforced concrete ceilings with waterproofing and sloping layers on the rooftop. The project also includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of all electromechanical systems such as lighting, power outlets, fire alarm and firefighting systems, and a central HVAC system. External works comprise the construction of two new reinforced concrete transformer foundations, an external trench connecting the new control building to the existing control building, as well as surrounding sidewalks, internal roads, and asphalt-paved yards around the project site.
