Implementation of a Project to Construct a Substation in Fuheis (132kV/33kV)

The scope of work included in this tender comprises the construction, supply, and maintenance of all civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire alarm systems, as well as any other works required for the establishment of the new Fuheis Substation (132/33 kV).

This includes the control building, capacitor building, guard room, storage room, external foundations/bases, transformer foundations, trenches, and asphalt works.

• The control building has an approximate area of 1,280 m² with a basement of 280 m².

• The capacitor building has an approximate area of 265 m².

The scope also includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Concrete works

• Stone façade works

• HVAC works (including design)

• Associated finishing works

• Cable trenching and ducting works

• Fire alarm and fire-fighting system (including design)

• Electrical and external lighting works

External works include:

• Concrete foundations/bases for electrical equipment and transformers, and external cable trenches

• Earthworks (excavation and backfilling)

• Fencing, retaining walls, and boundary walls

• Paving, asphalt works, yards, and open channels

• Electric gate

• Septic tank and sewage system works

Additional buildings and systems:

• (b) Guard room

• (c) Storage room with an area of 60 m²

• (d) — (unspecified)

• (e) Security system (CCTV surveillance systems)

Any other works specified in this document shall also be considered part of the project.
