Project Overview
The project involves the construction of the Al-Shoubak Association Rest House in the Al-Shoubak area, which was later renamed the Montreal Hotel. The site overlooks the historic Shoubak Castle and consists of two separate parts. The first part is an existing structure comprising six rooms, requiring maintenance and renovation works, with an approximate area of 300 square meters. The second part includes the construction of a new building using reinforced concrete and brick, with stone walls built in a traditional, aged style. The new structure consists of halls, rooms, and bathrooms distributed over two floors, with a total built-up area of 1,000 square meters. The project also includes external works such as paved courtyards and boundary walls surrounding the building.
