Construction of a building complex for halls and laboratories

Construction of the Teaching Base and Laboratories building as part of the second phase of Al-Hussein Bin Talal University campus, consisting of concrete, stone, and glass facades. The project includes all civil works, finishes, electrical, and mechanical works. The building has three floors with an approximate total area of 5,947 square meters, in addition to external works.

The basement floor contains a boiler room of approximately 120 m².
The ground floor includes an auditorium with a seating capacity of 350, four classrooms with a capacity of 100 students each, eight classrooms with a capacity of 60 students each, administrative offices, and ancillary services, covering about 3,495 m².
The first floor contains six administrative offices, four classrooms for 100 students, eight classrooms for 60 students, and ancillary services, totaling approximately 2,227 m².

The building includes two elevators with a capacity of ten passengers each, a stairwell area of about 150 m², as well as some external works, including separate site areas with yards, canopies, and landscaping.
