Construction of the Faculty of Business and Economics Building

The building consists of concrete and stone with glass facades and includes all civil works, finishes, electrical, and mechanical works. It comprises four floors with a total area of approximately 4,901 square meters, in addition to external works. The basement floor includes a boiler room with an area of 104 square meters. The ground floor contains an auditorium with a capacity of 205 seats, classrooms, prayer rooms, computer labs, a lounge, administrative offices, and auxiliary services, covering an area of 1,770 square meters. The first floor includes administrative offices, a lounge, classrooms, prayer rooms, and auxiliary services with an area of 1,468 square meters. The second floor consists of the Dean’s office, Vice Dean, secretariat, administrative offices, a council chamber, meeting room, and auxiliary services with an area of 1,462 square meters, in addition to a stair core of 97 square meters. The project also includes some external works and a separate site comprising yards, canopies, and landscaping.
